Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are considered by management only if written confirmation is received 14 days before your date of arrival. All refunds are subject to 25% service charge. There are no refunds if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. All balances must be paid 30 days before arrival.

There is an additional $25 administrative fee, NJ Sales Tax and Occupancy Tax.
